摘　　要：以南京化工园为例,阐述了以循环经济理念合理确定现代工业园区功能定位、产业组织、空间结构、交通组织和园区开发的策略。With a case study of Nanjing chemical industrial zone, this article elaborates the methods to develop modem industrial zone with so - called cyclic economy. It suggests strategies on delineating functions, managing sectors, planning space, organizing transportations and etc.
