摘  要:研究了以丙烯酸和醋酸乙烯酯内交联共聚合生成乳液胶,获得改性乳白胶的工艺方法。实验确定了乳液聚合时引发剂、乳化剂、交联剂丙烯酸及共混时脲醛树脂的加入量。在最优试验条件下所获乳白胶具有耐水、耐寒、胶液稳定、抗剪强度高等特点。A technology method of preparing modified milk- white glue was researched, the process was as follows: acrylic acid and vinyl acetate were eopolymerized to prepare the emulsion glue, then the modified milk - white glue was obtained. The dosage of the evocator, the emulsifying agent, the crosslinking agent acrylic acid and the urea resin evocator and the emulsifying agent were determined by experiment during emulsion copolymerization. The milk - white glue which was gained under the best operation conditions has characteristics of water resistance, freeze resistance, stability and shear strength.
