摘　　要：为了保证酸性光亮镀铜工艺的稳定性,获得高质量的酸铜镀层,从实践中总结出硫酸铜、硫酸、氯离子、添加剂、水、磷铜阳极等各种电镀原料的作用和要求以及影响工艺稳定的各种关键因素,指出了正确的镀液维护方法,分析了常见故障并提出相应的解决方法。In order to stabilize manufacturing parameters and obtain a good copper layer in acid bright copper plating, function and quality request of raw materials for plating, such as copper sulfate, sulfuric acid, chloride ion, additives, water, anode made from copper and phosphor, and key factors of affecting craft stability are drawn from practice, maintenance methods of plating solution are showed, incidental malfunctions are analyzed, and the countermeasures are put forward accordingly.
