摘  要:在晋江市某工程中,首次采用预应力管桩置换部分土体,形成由增强体和周围地基土共同承担荷载的预应力管桩复合地基。该方法既能充分发挥桩和桩间土的承载性能,又能很好地协调地基的变形。介绍了预应力管桩复合地基的设计过程,并将其与传统的预应力管桩基础设计相比较,结果表明采用该方案设计,可缩短工期、降低成本。该设计可供同类工程参考。The prestressed pipe pile is firstly used to strengthen the soil of a project in jinjiang city to form composite foundation, which works together with the soil around it to bear the loads. Using this method, the beating performance of the piles and soil around it can be made full use of and the foundation deformation can also be coordinated. The design process of the composite foundation is introduced and compared with traditional prestressed pipe piles foundation. The results show that the composite foundation program can save time and cost. The design could be a reference to other similar engineering.
