摘 要:分析了云南水稻品种堆金子、扎昌龙、毫糯扬和干炸谷对白叶枯病菌系Px061抗性的遗传模式和等位关系,鉴定了这4个品种所带抗病基因与部分国际上命名的抗白叶枯病基因的异同。结果表明:4个品种对Px061的抗性均受1对相互独立的显性基因支配。干炸谷带有的显性抗病基因与Xa-3等位或相同。堆金子和毫糯扬带有的显性抗病基因分别与Xa-1、Xa-2、Xa-3、Xa-4、xa-5和Xa-14呈独立遗传。扎昌龙带有的显性抗病基因与Xa-4呈连锁遗传,其重组率为(13.3±4.6)%。The mode of inheritance and allelic relationship of genes for resistance to bacterial blight strain 'Pxo61' in 4 Yunnan rice varieties Dueijinzi, Zhachanglong, Haonuoyang and Ganzhagu were studies. The relationship between resistant genes in 4 Yunnan rice varieties and some resistant genes designated by Japan and International Rice Research Institution (IRRI) was analysed. The results are as follows. The resistance of 4 Yunnan rice varieties to bacterial blight strain 'Pxo61' is conditioned by an independent dominant gene respectively. The resistant gene of Ganzhagu is allelic to Xa-3. The resistant genes of Dueijinzhi and Haonuoyang are nonallelic to Xa-1、Xa-2、Xa-3、Xa-4、xa-5 and Xa-14 with independent inheritance, respectively. The resistant gene of Zhachanglong is nonallelic to Xa-1、Xa-3 and Xa-14, but it is linked to Xa-4 with recombination value of (13.3±4.5)%. It is possible that Dueijinzi, Zhachanglong and Haonuoyang carry new resistant gene to bacterial blight, respectively.
