摘  要:以4个光敏核不育系为母本,12个粳稻和爪哇稻品种为父本,用4×12不完全双列杂交法组建成轮回选择的基础群体S_(89)。1989~1992年夏季在武昌考察了S_(89)及第1、2、3轮改良群体S_(89)S_(91)及S_(92)。结果表明:各轮异交群体中88%以上的植株于武汉地区粳型光敏核不育水稻的稳定不育期内(即7月中旬至9月1日以前)抽穗。各轮异交群体内均出现不育、部分不育和可育株的育性分离。各轮异交群体中不育株的平均异交结实率为17.2%~5.9%。第1轮改良群体S_(90)的单株理论产量比基础群体S_(89)提高了0.8%。实验结果说明光敏核不育性用于水稻轮回选择是可行的。4 japonica photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) lines crossed with 12 japonica and javanica varieties in 1988. F_2 of 4×12 partial diallel crossed were used to synthesize the initial intemating population of S_(89) (C_0). S_(89) (C_0), S_(90)(C_1), S_(91) (C_2) and S_(92) (C_3) were studied in Wuhan from 1989 to 1992, and main results were as follows: 1)More than 88% the plants of the intermating populations flowered in the period of mid July to the end of August in which the japonica PGMS rice would show complete male sterility. 2)The fertility segeration of male strile, partially fertile and fertile plants was observed in all the intermating populations. The percentage of male steriles in S_(80) ,S_(90),S_(91) and S_(92) were 6.9%, 36.8%, 29.8% and 44.7%, respectively. The average crossnig seed setting rate of the male steriles of the intermating populations ranged from 5.9% to 17.2%. 3) The theoretical yield of S_(90) was 0.8% higher than that of S_(89). This indicated that the selection for yield was effectives. The results proved the feasibility of using photoperiod senstive male sterility for recurrent selection of rice.
