摘 要:目的了解正常鼻粘膜中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的分布特点及活性并分析其在鼻腔中的生理作用。方法用免疫组化法对eNOS、iNOS在20例正常鼻粘膜中表达情况进行对比研究,并用分光光度计法检测NOS活性。结果正常鼻粘膜组中eNOS有表达并分布在粘膜上皮、腺体和血管内皮细胞中,iNOS偶见细胞表达,二者之间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。NOS活性1.526±0.310U/mgPro。结论鼻粘膜中主要表达eNOS,分布在粘膜上皮、腺体和血管内皮细胞中,由其产生的一氧化氮(NO)在鼻腔的正常生理功能中可能起着重要的作用。Objective To study the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and its activity in nasal mucosa and its significance. Methods Septectomy and immunohistochemisty were used to examine NOS activity and identify the expression of endotheial NOS(cNOS) in human nasal specimens from patients undergoing nasal spcctrumtomy (n= 20). Resuits eNOS recation product was located in epithelial cell and vascular endothelial cells and nasal glands of nasal mucosa. iNOS reaction product was founded in several cells. Amount of eNOS positive cells was significantly higher than of iNOS positive cells in nasal mucosa (P〈0.01). Conclusions eNOS,mainly expressed in nasal mucosa,locatcs in epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells and nasal glands in nasal mucosa, which produce NO that plays an important role in nasal mucosa physiology.
