摘　　要：目的探讨Pilon骨折的内固定治疗方法。方法回顾分析我科从1998年2月～2004年6月收治22例Pilon骨折,采用手术切开复位,AO三叶草支持钢板内固定。按Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统进行评定。结果随访7～40个月,按Mazur的评价标准进行评定,优良率77%。结论应用AO三叶草支持钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折疗效较为满意。Objective to explore the treatment method of internal fixation for Pilon fracture. Methods 22 cases of Pilon fracture in our hospital were treated during February 1998 to Jun 2004. Those ways were used operative reduction and internal fixation with AO＇s cloverleaf buttress plates. The clinical effects were analyzed retrospectively according to evaluating system of anklebone function and symptom established by Mazur. Results The patients were surveyed in 7-40 months after operation. In the evaluated standard, the clinical effects were choiceness and the rate was at 77%. Conclusion the method could get the approve of clinical effect with operative diaplasis and internal fixation with AO＇s cloverleaf buttress plates for treating Pilon fracture.
