摘  要:以羟基硬脂酸和聚乙二醇为原料,在抗氧化复合催化剂LK-2的作用下和在真空条件下,合成了一种具有高效增稠作用的高分子表面活性剂,并考察了这种酯化反应的适宜条件。结果表明,优化的反应条件为:聚乙二醇8000与羟基硬脂酸的摩尔比为1.0∶2.4,LK-2催化剂2.0%(占羟基硬脂酸和聚乙二醇总量),反应温度150℃,反应时间5h,真空度在100kPa以上。A kind of macromolecular surfactant with high thickening power was synthesized from polyethylene glycols and hydroxy stearic acid as raw material by catalysis of the LK - 2 complex catalyst with oxidation resistance under vacuum condition. The optimum conditions for the esterifiction were examined. The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows : molar ratio of polyethylene glycol 8 000 to hydroxyl stearic acid 1.0: 2.4, Lk -2 catalyst 2.0 % (based on the total mass of polyethylene glycol and hydroxy stearic acid), the reaction temperature 150 ℃, reaction time 5 hours and the degree of vacuum 〉 1 000 kPa.
