摘 要:本文简述了聚能爆炸切割的机理,从聚能药包形状、炸药性能、药型罩、炸高等方面进行了分析研究,开展了单项参数的优化对比试验,制作了线型聚能装药切割器。通过大量的爆炸切割螺栓试验研究,加工制作了双向聚能药包安装支架,研制开发了高精度微秒雷管,提出采用双向线型聚能爆炸切割大直径螺栓的试验方法。经多次试验,单(双)根螺栓爆炸切割率达100%,试验研究为水库放空洞封堵钢闷头锚固螺栓的爆炸切割提供了重要技术支持。The principle of cumulatively charging explosion cutting was briefly introduced in this paper. After analyzing the package-shape, explosive characters, liner and stand-off of shaped charge, and conducting a series of optimization and comparison experiments, a linear cumulatively-charging cutter was manufactured. On the basis of a number of explosions cutting experiments, a bracket for fixing bi-directional cumulatively-charge package and a few microsecond detonators with high precision were worked out. A method of using bi-directional linear cumulatively-charging explosion for cutting large diameter bolts was put forward. The experiment shows that the explosive cutting ratio for both single bolt and double bolts can attain 100%. The results would provide an important technical support for explosive cutting anchoring bolts of steel bulkhead in dewatering tunnels of reservoirs.
