摘 要:150只1日龄艾维茵(Avia)肉鸡随机分为5组,各喂以低Mn(基础日粮含锰15.7ppm),低Mn高P_1(基础日粮+P0.15%),低Mn高P_2(基础日粮+P0.40%)、补锰高P1(基础日粮+Mn100ppm+P0.15%)时PM以(基础日粮+Mn100ppm)日粮,饲喂4周。低锰,低锰高P_1、低锰高P_2组第1周开始发病,第二周达高峰。发病症状为共济失调,跛行。单腿发病,病腿向外前侧伸展,严重者患肢瘫痪,以跗关节着地,拖腿而行;双腿患病则内收呈“O”字形。尸体剖检见跟腱向内滑脱,跗关节肿大、扭曲、变形。特征性组织学病变为胫骨髓板增殖区变窄,细胞排列紊乱,粘多糖减少。超微结构变化为软骨细胞线粒体减少及空泡变。粗面内质网断裂、扩张,池内分离及核蛋白体脱落。高尔基复合体萎缩。基质中粘多糖颗粒显著减少。心肌纤维、肝细胞和睾丸精原细胞线粒体肿大,嵴脱落及严重空泡变。低Mn及低Mn高P组的胫骨和肝组织中锰含量与对照组相比有极显著差异(P<0.01)。day-old Avia broiler chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups,and fedfor 4 weeks.Group 1 was fed natural diet(ND)of Mn-deficiency(containing Mn15.7ppm),group 2 was fed ND+P 0.15%(higher P1)group 3 was fed ND+P 0.45%(higher P2)and group 4 was fed ND +Mn(100ppm)+P(0.15%)and Group 5 wasfed ND + Mn(100ppm)with control.In 1,2,3 and 4 groups,the chickens appearedclinial signs of Mn-deficiencY at the first week and to the peak of illness at the secondweek.The affected chickens showed ataxia,lameness,paralysis,unably rising andreduced growth.If both legs affected,they became“0”shape。Postmortem exan1inationfounded enlargement and malformation of the tibiometatarsal joint,twisting and bendingof the distal end of tibia and the proximal end of the tarsometatarsus.The gastrocnemius tendon slipped from it.s condyles.Pathohistological lesions were characterized byareduction of the width and a disorganized arrangement of the cells.The mucopolysa-ccharide greatly reduced in extracellular matrix of the proliferative zone of epiphysealgrowth plate.Ultrastructural changes showed that mitochondria in liver cells,cardiac musclefibers,spermatogonias and cartilage cells were swollen and vacuolated with disintegrationand lysis of cristae,Rough endoplasmic reticulum dilated and ruptured.Golgi complexatrophied.In extracellar matrix of epiphyseal cartilage cells,proteoglycogen granulesmarkedly reduced。The Mn-deficiency groups compared with adding Mn groups,levels of liver andtibia were significient(P<0.01).
