摘  要:对选择性激光烧结(SLS)加热的研究多数集中在烧结过程上,而对预热过程的研究还很不完善。预热效果直接对加工质量产生很大的影响。本文针对预热过程的传热情况,建立了粉床温度场的三维解析数学模型,然后采用Matlab对特定管式加热装置下的粉床受热情况进行了计算,并将某些特殊点的模拟结果与试验数据进行了跟踪对比。结果表明:该点模拟值能极好的与实际温度的状况相吻合,优化设计预热装置后的加热效果得到明显提高。The research of heating in selective laser sintering (SLS) of powders mostly focuses on the sintering process, but the research of the preheating process is not sufficient. Preheating process is very important because it affects machining quality directly. On the basis of transfer and absorption of heat energy, numerical simulations of three--dimensional thermal distribution in the preheating process are performed, and then the temperature field of powder bed is calculated by using Matlab and compared with the experimental data. The result shows that the predicted value is reasonably consistent with the actual temperature in experiment, and the preheating effect is improved obviously by optimizing the design of the preheating equipment.
