摘  要:利用CFD商用软件Flow-3d对铝板坯半连续铸造充型过程中流场与温度场耦合作用下的凝固过程进行了数值模拟。分析了铝板坯半连续铸造充型过程中流场和温度场对凝固的影响,得到了流场、温度场的分布图和充型过程中自由表面的位置和形状图。表明合适的浇注速度可形成理想的充型模式和温度分布,避免某些铸造缺陷。The numerical simulation of solidification processes were done under flow field and temperature field by using CFD commercial code Flow-3d. Influences of flow field and temperature field on solidification were analyzed in the filling process of semi-continuous casting of the aluminum slab. Distributing diagrams of flow field and temperature field, as well as diagrams of free-surface shape, were obtained, which indicated that reasonable moulding velocity helped to gain perfect filling model and temperature distributing, thus avoiding some casting defects.
