摘 要:某硅线石矿伴生石榴石,两矿物粒度细。细磨条件下,经湿式弱磁选─湿式强磁选─重选─干磁选联合流程选别,可获得品位93%、回收率85%的石榴石精矿,但难以浮选出硅线石精矿;粗磨条件下,对非磁性产品采用重选─化学处理流程选别,可获得Al2O3含量61.09%、回收率61.06%的硅线石精矿。Abstract The size of the two rninerals in the ore are fine.Under the condition of fine grinding ,garnet concentrate can be obtained with a grade of 93% and a recovery of 85% by a approriate processing circuit, but the sillimanite concentrate is difficult to obtain.Under the condition of coarse grinding,the sillimanite concentrate containing 61.09% Al_2O_3 can be obtained with a recovery of 61.06% from the non-magnetic product by a “gravity separation-chemical treat”circuit.
