摘  要:探讨了用溶液法合成聚丙烯酸十六酯过程中引发剂、单体、温度及溶剂对聚合反应的影响.实验结果表明,在聚合反应初期,聚合反应速率与引发剂的浓度呈半级反应,与单体浓度呈一级反应;聚合反应常数的指前因子Aa=112.3,活化能Ea=30.12KJ/mol,温度升高,聚合速率常数增大,于是聚合反应速率增大;溶剂种类对聚合反应速率没有明显的影响;4种溶剂在聚合反应过程中的链转移常数从大到小的次序为:四氯化碳、三氯化碳、苯、甲苯,聚合物的平均相对分子质量主要受溶剂的链转移作用控制.由于聚合物分子在不同溶剂所产生的不同黏度效应,对聚合物分子量产生一定的影响.The effects of initiator, monomer, temperature and solvent on the solution polymerization of octodecyl acrylate in four kinds of solvents:CCl4 CHCl3, C6H5CH3, (CHCl2)2 are studied. The results show that the reaction rate is in direct proportion to one power of monomer concentration and a half power of initiator concentration; the polymerization reaction constant is 112.3, the activity energy Ea is 30.12 kJ/mol, the polymerization rate increases with the increase of reaction temperature; the type of solvent has little influence on the polymerization rate and the solvents have no accelerating effect on the polymerization; the order of the chain transfer constants of four solvents from great to little is CCl4, CHCl3, (CHCl2)2,C6H5CH3; the average relative molecular mass of polyoctodecyl acrylate mainly depends on the chain transfer constants of the solvents. But under certain conditions, the molecules of the polymer produce different viscosity effect in different solvent, which might have some influence on the molecular mass of the polymer.
