旋复代赭汤对酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠胃窦粘膜胃动素表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察旋复代赭汤对酸性反流性食管炎(XFDZD)模型大鼠胃窦粘膜胃动素表达的影响。方法:用不全幽门结扎+食管下括约肌(LES)切开术制备酸性反流性食管炎大鼠模型后,给予旋复代赭汤水煎剂,分别于治疗2天、4天、8天后观察各组大鼠胃窦粘膜胃动素表达的变化。结果:用旋复代赭汤治疗8天后,胃窦粘膜胃动素的表达即明显增强,并与假手术对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:旋复代赭汤在治疗酸性反流性食管炎的过程中,能够明显增强胃窦粘膜胃动素的表达,从而可增加LES的压力,促进胃排空,防止酸反流,促进疾病的恢复。Objective： To observe the effect of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe decoction （XFDZD） on motilin expression in antrum of acid reflux esophagitis rats. Methods： We gave XFDZD to rats who had been ligated the pylori partly and dissected cardiac muscle, and observed the changes of motilin expression in antrum after treated 2, 4 and 8 days in every group. Results： There were obvious improvement on motilin expression in antrum after treated 8 days by XFDZD, and there were no significant difference between the XFDZD group and fake operation group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusions： XFDZD could increase motilin expression, so it increased the pressure on LES, accelerated stomach emptying, prevented acid refluxing, and made a quick recovery.
