摘　　要：介绍了职业生涯的概念和发展,论述了高校图书馆馆员进行职业生涯管理和开发的必要性,并提出了高校图书馆馆员进行职业生涯开发和管理的具体措施。This paper introduces the concept of the vocational career, discusses on the necessity of carrying out the management and development of the vocational career of university librarians, and puts forward some concrete measures for carrying out the management and development of the vocational career of university librarians.
