摘　　要：介绍了山西省民营经济50余年的发展历史,论述了山西民营经济发展的特点,指出了山西民营经济的发展制约着其现代化水平的提高,提出了促进山西民营经济发展的对策。This paper introduces the developing history of Shanxi＇ s private economy for more than 50 years, discusses on the features of the development of Shanxi＇s private economy, points out that the development of Shanxi＇s private economy restricts the increase of its modernization level, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of Shanxi＇s private economy.
