摘　　要：目的:探讨对重型颅脑损伤病人实施早期肠内营养支持后的临床意义及对预后的影响。方法:治疗组病人于入院后48 h给予管饲能全力,对照组给予常规治疗。并观察血糖、血红蛋白、血浆清蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、并发症发生率及预后。结果:重型颅脑损伤病人治疗组病人营养状态明显好于对照组,并发症减少,预后良好。结论:严重颅脑损伤早期肠内营养支持,有利于脑损伤病人尽早康复。Objective ： To explore the clinical function and the effects of enteral nutrition on prognosis in 20 severe craniocerebral injured patients. Methods ：20 patients were tube fed 48 hours after admission. Blood sugar , hemoglobin , serum albumin , lymphocyte counts, complication and prognosis were observed. 20 patients without tube feeding were as control. Results：The nutrition state, complication and prognosis were better in tube feeding patients than those in patients without tube feeding. Conclusion： Early enteral nutrition is beneficial in severe craniocerebral injured patients.
