摘  要:目的探讨载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)基因多态性与老年人血脂水平的关系。方法应用多聚酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)确定ApoAⅠ基因启动区-75 bp位点和第一内含子区+83 bp位点基因多态性,并测定血脂各项指标。结果血浆ApoAⅠ、HDL-C水平在-75 bp位点不同基因型组间变化趋势为M1--组>M1+-组>M1++组,其中M1++组、M1+-组ApoAⅠ、HDL-C显著低于M1--组,且此种组间差异仅在女性中存在。+83 bp位点不同基因型组间血脂指标未见显著差异。结论ApoAⅠ基因启动区-75 bp位点多态性与血浆ApoAⅠ、HDL-C水平存在一定关联,该位点G/A转换与高水平ApoAⅠ、HDL-C有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein A Ⅰ (ApoA Ⅰ ) gene polymorphism and serum lipids in Chinese aged people. Methods PCR-RFLP methods were used to detect the ApeA Ⅰ gene -75 bp and +83 bp site genotype,and serum lipids and apelipeproteins were measured. Results The levels of serum ApeA Ⅰ and HDL-C in -75 bp site genotype were M1 - - group 〉 M1 + -group 〉M1 + +group,and people with M1 - - genotype had significantly higher ApeA Ⅰ ,HDL-C levels than those with M1 + + and M1 + -genotype, but these differences were detected only in women. Serum lipids and apelipeproteins were similar in different genotype groups of + 83 bp site. Conclusions ApeA Ⅰ -75 bp site pelymorphism is associated with serum ApeA Ⅰ and HDL-C levels,and at this site G/A transition is related to the increased ApoA Ⅰ and HDL-C levels.
