摘 要:目的研究康欣口服液对老年Balb/c小鼠肾线粒体DNA(m tDNA)缺失突变的影响。方法老年Balb/c小鼠随机分为空白组和康欣口服液组,分别给予生理盐水和康欣口服液4个月。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术和光密度扫描检测两组m tDNA的缺失突变情况。结果与空白对照组比较,康欣口服液能显著减少老年Balb/c小鼠肾m tDNA的缺失(P<0.001)。结论康欣口服液可以抑制老年小鼠m tDNA的缺失突变,对m tDNA有保护作用。Objective To explore the effect of Kangxin liquid on kidney mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) deletion in aged Balb/c mice. Methods The aged Balb/c mice were randomly divided into normal aged control group (given physiological saline for 4 months) and aged Kangxin liquid group ( given Kangxin liquid for 4 months). Then deletions of kidney mtDNA in two groups were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and light density scanning. Results Compared with the aged controlled group, Kangxin liquid could remarkably reduce the mtDNA deletions in kidney of the aged Balb/c mice ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusions Kangxin liquid can inhibit the increase of mtDNA deletion in aged mice, which suggest that the prescription for reinforcing kidney and spleen, nourishing blood and accelerating the circulation of blood could decrease the mtDNA oxidative damage and protect mtDNA to provide the possible mechanism for staying aging at molecular level.
