摘 要:本文在总结地震观测技术系统建设现状和发展的基础上,分析了目前数字化地震监测技术系统管理方面存在的几个问题,针对这些问题提出了地震监测技术系统集约化监控的解决方案。对集约化监控的概念、功能以及效益本文做了详细的介绍,并以十三陵地震中心台为例说明集约化监控系统在地震观测台网(站)建设与管理中的可行性。Based on the summarizing current situation and development of building earthquake observation technological system, this paper have analyzed several problems existing in management of digital earthquake monitoring technology system at present, and have put forward a solution about centralizing monitoring system to overcome these problems. The detailed introduction on the concept, function and benefit of centralizing monitoring system also has been done in the paper. Taken the centralizing monitoring system of the Ming Tombs Earthquake Center as an example, this paper have proved the feasibility of centralizing monitoring system in the building and management of digital earthquake observation network or station.
