五瓣成形术治疗手部蹼状瘢痕挛缩的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨五瓣成形术在治疗手部蹼状瘢痕挛缩的临床应用。方法采用两个“Z”成形和一个“Y-V”成形将蹼状瘢痕设计为五瓣形,切开形成五个三角皮瓣,相互调换位置,延长组织长度以矫正蹼状瘢痕,解除挛缩畸形。结果术后全部皮瓣均良好成活,挛缩解除,手部的外形和功能恢复良好。结论五瓣成形术是治疗手部蹼状瘢痕挛缩的疗效确切的手术方法。Objective To investigate the clinical use of the penta flaps plastic operation on webbed scar contractrue in hands. Methods The penta-flaps contains double Z-plasty and Y-V advancement. By splitting the webbed cicatrix into five tissue flaps, changing the location of the flaps, we lengthened the local tissue, corrected the webbed cicatrix and recovered the hands＇ outer aspect and function. Results All cases obtained satisfactory curative effect. The flaps survived, the contracture removed and the outer aspect and function were satisfactory. Conclusions The penta-flaps plastic operation in an effective procedure repairing the webbed scar contracture in hands.
