摘　　要：目的:监测脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器灭菌效果。方法:用物理测试、化学指示测试、B- D试验检测、生物测试联合应用。结果:B -D试验不合格4次;化学指示卡测试,不合格10次;物理测试、3M指示胶带、生物指示管测试均合格。结论:做好脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器灭菌的物理、化学和生物监测的联合应用,严把灭菌质量关,保证灭菌效果,有效地控制和预防医院内感染。Objective To monitor the sterilizing effect of pulsing vacuum pressure steam sterilizer. Methods The sterilizing effect were monitored by the followed methods respectively： physical tests. B-D experiment tests and organism tests. Results B-D experiment tests were unqualified for 4 times;Chemical indication tests were unqualified for 10 times; while physical tests,3M indicating adhesive tape tests and organism indictors tests were all qualified. Conclusions To utilize sterilizing of pulsing vacuum pressure steam sterilizer by physical.Chemical and organism tests separately; To Control the Sterile quality Strictly;to guarantee Sterile effect,we can control and prevent hospital infection efficiently.
