摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲的手术方法和手术疗效。方法:采用常规切口,经鼻内窥镜引导,行鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲矫正术。结果:对86例术后患者半年以上的疗效观察表明,该手术方法可有效地矫正高位、后段的中隔偏曲,改善患者的鼻腔通气、嗅觉,减少鼻腔术后粘连的发生和鼻息肉、鼻窦炎的复发。结论:该法与传统的鼻中隔矫正术相比,具有疗效良好、并发症小、安全性高等优点,在临床上值得推广应用。Objective Discussing the curative to treat the upper and posterior nasal septumdeviation. Methods Performing the resection of the upper and posterior nasal septum deviation under nasal emdoscopy, comparing this new method with the traditional one and discussing thesafety and long-term curative effect of this new method. Results The observation of the outcome of 86 patients undergoing this operation after〉6 months postoperation shows that this techniquecan resect the upper and posterior deviation good effects,improve the nasal respiratory and olfactory function and reduce the occirrence of nasal cavity adhesion and the recurrence of nasal polyp and sinusitis. Conclusion Performing the resection of the upper and Posterior nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscory is a good method for popularizing to clomocoam.
