摘　　要：目的:探讨皮神经营养血管皮瓣转移修复术的术前和术后护理。方法:对9例前臂外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣的术前、术后护理工作进行总结。结果:9例患者皮瓣均成活良好,伤口甲级愈合。结论:术前充分的准备、术后密切的观察和及时正确的判断、精心的护理是保证皮瓣成活的关键之一,有效的康复指导促使功能的恢复。Objective To explore the measure of nurse patients receiving repair using neurocutanous vascular flap in radialis antebrachium before and after the operation. Methods To reviewed and analyze the nursing for 9 cases of patients receiving repair using neurocutanous vascular flap in radialis antebrachium before and after the operation. Results The flaps of the 9 patients well to tally with first-stage wound beating. Conclusion Full preparation before the operation, close observation and accurate judgment afterwards, as well as elaborate care, are the key to secure the survival of the flap. Effective guide in recovering can help functions return.
