摘　　要：图书馆人力资源共享是图书馆合作的产物,人力资源共享能有效地弥补单个图书馆人力资源的不足,促进图书馆内部及相互之间的人力资源整合,促进图书馆的发展。合作组织应该利用各种方法消除合作障碍,使人力资源通过共知共建达到共享。The human resource sharing is the result of library cooperation. It can remedy the deficiency of the human resources of individual library effectively, promote the integration of the resources of manpower inside the library and each other, promote the development of library. Cooperative association should utilize various kinds of method to dispel cooperative obstacle, make human resources through knowing each other and building together to share.
