摘　　要：本文探讨了阿给炭治疗支气管扩张咯血的疗效.采用阿给炭对支气管扩张咯血患者治疗,并与对照组进行疗效对比观察.治疗组临床总有效率为64.7%,对照组总有效率为72.4%,对比结果表明对照组总有效率优于治疗组总有效率,但经统计学处理后,发现两组比较无显著性差异(p>0.05).由此说明阿给炭具有治疗支气管扩张咯血的确切疗效.The curative effect of Arteisia frigida Wild in treatment of patients with hemoptysis caused by bronchiectasis was evaluated. 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group （being treated with Agi tan ） and the contrast group （treated with Western medicine）. The general curative effect of the experimental group was 64.7 %, which was lower than that of the contrast group （72.4%）： P 〈 0.05. Agi tan has a positive curative effect on hemoptysis caused by bronchieetasis.
