摘　　要：结合深圳前湾海底隧道工程,较详细地论述了过海隧道泥水盾构的施工原理和施工方法,包括施工的基本程序和管理基准,重点介绍了盾构始发的准备工作,试掘进应注意的问题及正常掘进中的各种参数控制。Taking Qianwan sub- sea tunnel in Shenzhen as an example, the article presents the construction principles and construction methods of a sub-sea tunnel by means of slurry shield machine, including the basic construction procedures and the construction management criteria. The article places its emphasis on the description of the preparation works for the launching of the shield machine, items which special attention should be paid to during trial boring and the control of various parameters of normal boring.
