摘　　要：介绍工程概况、整套盾构设备的构成,以及各部分的具体尺寸;盾构到达接收井后,盾构拆卸前的准备工作,包括拆卸工作的人员组织、工具、材料等;详解盾构拆卸的步骤,分为主机部分和后配套拖车部分,以及拆卸过程中应注意的事项。The article presents the overiew of the reference project and the shield machine, as well as the dimensions of each part of the shield machine and the preparation for the disassembly of the shield machine in respect of labors, machinery, tools and materials. The article places its emphasis on the presentation of the disassembly steps of the shield machine, which consists of the main body of the shield machine and the back-up gantries. The article also recommends some issues to which special attention should be paid during the disassembly of the shield machine.
