摘 要:利用生命表的方法和干扰作用控制指数评价了印楝素乳油对荔枝蒂蛀虫Conopomorpha sinensisBradley种群的控制作用,结果表明:0.3%印楝素乳油对荔枝蒂蛀虫成虫显著的产卵忌避作用是其对该种群控制的主要机理。在室内,0.3%印楝素乳油在6 mL/L和3 mL/L的浓度处理下,对荔枝蒂蛀虫成虫产卵的忌避率分别为89.3%和86.3%。田间的试验结果表明,在印楝素乳油浓度为6 mL/L和和3 mL/L的处理区中,荔枝蒂蛀虫的种群趋势指数分别为1.23和1.45,显著低于对照区的种群趋势指数11.60,干扰作用控制指数分别为0.106和0.112。这2个浓度的印楝素乳油对荔枝蒂蛀虫种群的控制效果分别可达89.4%和87.5%。Life table methodology and interference index of population control (IIPC) were used to determine the suppressive effect of azadirachtin on litchi fruit borer ( Conopomorpha sinertsis Bradley). The results showed that the main suppression of 0.3% azadirachtin was its strong oviposition deterrent effect. When 6 mL/L and 3 mL/L of azadirachtin were applied On litchi fruit borer laboratory cohorts, the oviposition deterrence rates were 89.3% and 86.2%, respectively. In the field experiment, when litchi plants were sprayed with 6 mL/L and 3 mL/L of azadiraehtin, the indices of population trend (I), estimated from life table, were 1.23 and 1.45, respectively, which were much lower than that in control field ( 11.60), and the corresponding IIPC were 0.106 and 0.112, respectively. The suppressive effects of these two concentrations of azadirachtin on litchi fruit borer were 89.4 % and 87.5 %, respectively. Depended on these conclusions, it will be feasible and profitable to introduce azadirachtin into litchi fruit borer IPM system.
