摘  要:根据单螺杆泵井的工作特点,对斜井中单螺杆泵抽油杆柱进行受力分析,建立了抽油杆运动模型,利用数值积分方法进行求解。该模型克服了以往运动模型仅适用于直井的缺点,考虑了井斜以及各种横向力的影响,因此更接近抽油杆柱的实际情况。利用该模型可获得井筒中任意部位及螺杆泵处抽油杆扭矩的变化情况。计算实例表明, 该数学模型及其所得解是稳定的。这为螺杆泵井生产系统优化设计、进行工况诊断提供了理论基础。According to the working characteristics of single progressive cavity pump (pcp), force-bearing condition of pumping rod is analyzed and the pumping rod movement model is established and solved by way of the numerical integration method. The model overcomes the existing shortcoming of only regarding oil wells as vertical ones. With the model, torque change in both the pump and pumping rod along the wellbore could be obtained. Because the borehole deviation and all kinds of lateral force are considered, the model is more accordant with factual behavior. The calculation example proves that this mathematical model and the solution process are stable. This research provides a theory base for optimumal design and fault diagnosis of screw pump production system.
