摘 要:针对科钻一井主孔取心钻进的要求,研制开发了LBM-SD复合钻井液材料。室内试验表明,该材料具有较好的抗盐、抗钙镁和抗海水的能力,用其配制的钻井液具有低粘、低切、低滤失和低固相特点,而且与润滑剂GLUB具有良好的配伍性。采用以离心机为主的固相控制系统有效地清除了金刚石钻头钻进时产生的微细岩粉,保障了钻井液体系性能的长期稳定,而GLUB的应用,保证了井底钻具工作稳定,减少了钻具磨损,提高了岩心收获率及取心质量。The compound drilling fluid additive named LBM-SD is developed to meet demands for coring operation in the main hole of well CCSD1. Lab tests show that the material shows better ability to resist salt, calcium, magnesium, and sea water, etc. The drilling fluid prepared with LBM-SD has the properties of low viscosity, shear stress, water loss and solid content. In addition, the chemical performs well with the lubricant GLUB addition. The solid control equipment mainly consists of centrifuges which can effectively remove fine cuttings produced by diamond bit, which ensured stable properties of LBM-SD drilling fluid for a long time. And the utilization of GLUB guarantees stable BHA work, which improves coring efficiency, reduces drilling tool abrasion and ensures coring qualities.
