摘 要:科钻一井φ139.7 mm绳索取心钻具现场试验采用螺杆钻具驱动时出现频繁憋泵的问题,换用φ88.9 mm 普通钻杆后,却很少出现憋泵,而且螺杆钻具本身并没有质量问题。分析认为,其主要原因为:1)两种钻杆的内通径不同,压力变化产生的钻压变化不同;2)在悬吊划眼状态,泵压变化导致的伸长量不同;3)扭矩变化时导致的管内外压差不同。给出了解决憋泵问题的方法:采用井口油缸给进加压方式,精确控制钻压;在井底钻具组合中加入一套可实现井底恒压给进的推进器。Pump suffocation happened frequently in Well CCSD-1 during field tests with the Ф139.7 mm wire-line coring tool driven by a mud motor. Such accident happened much less after substituting the mud mo- tor with the normal drill pipe of Ф88.9 mm. The mud motor work well itself. Main reasons that result in the problems are: 1) different drift diameters of such two kinds of drill pipe lead to different WOB; 2) there is remarkable difference in extended length between both drill tools under suspended condition; 3) there is different pressure difference between inner and outside of pipes for both tools at torque variations, solutions to deal with pump suffocation are presented, including pressurizing via wellhead oil liners, accurate control of WOB, attaching a set of thruster with bottomhole assembly to maintain stable WOB, etc.
