摘  要:由于偏(空)心配水器和封隔器是两个完全独立的工具,两配水器的间隔要保证在8 m以上。难以满足江苏油田小层间隔层薄的要求。为此,江苏油田研制了集井下封隔、配水功能于一体的JSY341型封隔配水器,其配水芯可采用液力和钢丝两种方式投捞,提高了投捞成功率。该封隔配水器形成的分层注水工艺在江苏油田已应用32口井, 工艺一次成功率93.1%,投捞成功率98.0%以上.平均封隔有效期达到1.2 a,与偏心、空心分层注水工艺相比,该工艺具有适应井斜大、投捞测试效率高、水嘴投捞成功率和效率高、注水并的利用时率高以及可以实现小卡距分层配注等优点。An eccentric water flow regulator (WFR) and a packer are two thoroughly independent tools, spacing between two WFRs must be more than 8m, which cannot meet demands for exploitation of thin pay zones in the Jiangsu oilfield. Therefore, the model JSY341 WFR that integrates functions of downhole packing with water regulation is developed. Success ratios of casting and fishing of water regulation core because it can be operated by means of hydraulic and wireline. The water injection technique aiming at individual zone based on the special WFR has been applied to 32 wells in the Jiangsu oilfield, and achieved 93. 1 % of success ratio, over 98. 0 % of casing fishing success ratio, average 1.2 a of valid packing cycle. Compared with eccentric and hollow water injection process, the technique performs advantages of suitable for high angle interval, high test efficiency and casting fishing success ratio of water nozzles, high efficiency, long effective usage term, and feasible water regulation for individual zones of small spacing, etc.
