摘  要:本文采用固相反应法合成NZP结构陶瓷材料Ba1.5-xSrxZr4P5SiO24(0≤x≤1.5),XRD分析表明,合成的试样为单相的NZP材料。Ba1.5-xSrxZr4P5SiO24晶胞参数a和c随温度的变化较为复杂,常温下其晶胞参数a随Sr含量x的增加变化不大,但c出现明显减小。25℃~800℃的体热膨胀测定表明,试样在x=0时呈现出负的热膨胀,而x=1.5时表现为正热膨胀;当x=1.0和1.25时,试样表现出近零的热膨胀。各组成试样除x=0时外,在25℃~300℃的范围内均表现出低的热膨胀系数。Ba1.5-xSrxZr4P5SiO24 compounds with x=0, 0.25, 0,5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25 and 1.5, belonging to the low thermal expansion NZP family ceramics were synthesized by solid state reaction method. The XRD analysis shows that the synthesized samples are single-phase NZP family materials. The cell parameters a and c of Ba1.5-xSrxZr4P5SiO24 show complex change with temperature. Parameters a and c decrease with the increase in Sr content, and the decrease in parameter a is very marginal whereas the decrease in parameter c is significant at room temperature. The bulk coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) from 25℃ to 800℃ of the sintered samples have been studied. Samples with x =0 show negative expansion and x=1.5 samples show positive expansion, x=1.0 and 1.25 samples have very low and almost constant CTE over the entire temperature range. All samples except x=0 are found to have almost zero expansion up to 300℃.
