摘 要:采用水力学模型试验方法研究了不同底吹孔位置、不同底吹气量、不同顶渣厚度和粘度时对钢液混匀时间的影响。结果表明:结合此实验条件,钢包的单点偏心喷吹位置距钢包底约1/3半径处为宜;随着底吹气量的增大,均混时间明显缩短;渣层越厚,均混时间越长,渣层粘度对均混时间的影响不是很明显,但总的来说,渣层粘度越大,均混时间越长。The experimental study on the influences to the mixing time of different bubbling tuyere location, different bubbling gas rates, different oil layer thickness and viscosity on the mixing time. The results show that : combining experiment condition, the optimum location of argon bubbling tuyere is at 1/3 from the center of the ladle bottom; The mixing time can be decreased with the increase in gas flow and can be increased with the increase in slag thickness. The influence of slag viscosity to the mixing time is not very distictness,but in total, the mixing time is more longer with the slag viscosity is more bigger.
