摘　　要：油气储量既是油公司的核心资产,也是其价值的重要体现。衡量一个油公司的价值和成长性首先就要依据国际通行的标准和方法,对其储量进行合理的评估。介绍了国外油气储量分类及油气储量价值评估方法,按照SEC油气储量评估标准及要求,对河南油田第一采油厂剩余可采储量进行了价值评估,取得较好效果。Hydrocarbon reservoir is not only the core assets but also the value embodiment of the oilfield company. On the basis of international standards and methods, the importance and progress of an oilfield company is determined, and then the rational reservoir assessment is carried out. This paper introduces the reservoir classification and value assessment methods abroad. According to the assessment standards and requirements of SEC hydrocarbon reservoir, great results can be obtained from value assessment.
