摘  要:目的:建立用浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收法测定水中Cr和Ag的方法。方法:利用非离子表面活性剂浊点萃取富集石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:方法最低检测质量浓度分别为Cr:0.04μg/L,Ag:0.04μg/L;相对标准偏差分别为Cr:4.6%,Ag:3.3%;加标回收率分别为Cr:72.0%-109.0%,Ag:75.0%-110.6%;线性范围为1~15.0μg/L(r〉0.99)。结论:本法灵敏度高,干扰小,操作简便,准确可靠,重复性好。Objective: To develop a method for extraction and determination of chromium and silver in surface water. Methods:The analytes were concentrated by cloud point extraction and determined by the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: Under optimal conditions, the detection limit of Cr and Ag was 0.04 μg/L and 0.04 μg/L, respectively. And the relative standard deviations were 4.6% to chromium and 3. 3% to Ag for 10 parallel determinations. Samples of tap water and river water were spiked with recovery ranged from 72.0% - 109.0% and 75.0%- 110. 6% for Ag and Cr, respectively. Conclusion:The proposed method is sensitive, rapid and can be accurate and applied to surface water determination with satisfactory results.
