国产与进口尿促卵泡素用于不孕患者促排卵治疗的临床等效性观察

摘　　要：目的:比较国产与进口尿促卵泡素对不孕患者促排卵治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将64例无排卵或黄体功能不全的不孕症患者随机分为试验组(32例)及对照组(32例)。试验组使用国产尿促卵泡素(珠海产),对照组使用进口尿促卵泡素(瑞士产),均从月经周期或撤退性出血的第3～5日开始,每日肌内注射75IU,监测用药期间2组的卵泡发育情况、宫颈黏液评分、子宫内膜厚度、基础体温、有否排卵及妊娠,并观察不良反应。结果:试验组与对照组的有效率分别为97%和100%,排卵率分别为94%和97%,妊娠率分别为13%和9%,2组均无不良反应发生,2组比较上述差异无统计学意义。结论:国产与进口尿促卵泡素比较,两者临床疗效相近,患者耐受性好,无不良反应发生,而前者价格较低。Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy and safety between domestic urofollitropin and metrodin-HP for ovarian stimulation in infertile patients. Methods： Sixty-four infertile women with anovulation or luteal function deficiency were randomly assigned into the domestic urofollitropin group （32 cases） and metrodin-HP group （32 cases）. Subjects were received either domestic urofollitropin or metrodin-HP 75 IU/d from day 3 - 5 of menstrual or withdrawal bleeding. Growth of follicles, cervix mucus, endometrial thickness, basal body temperature, ovulation and pregnancy rate and side effects were observed. Results： The clinical effective rate, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were 97% vs 100%, 94% vs 97% and 13% vs 9% respectively for the domestic urofollitropin group and metrodin-HP group. There were no significant statistical differences between the two groups. No side effects occurred in either group. Conclusion： Domestic urofollitropin is as effective and safe as metrodin-HP for induction of ovulation.
