摘  要:通过预乳化工艺、种子乳液聚合法,选择合适的功能单体进行乳液粒子设计,合成了硬核软壳的苯丙乳液。探讨了在预乳化中能保持较小乳胶粒径的最大相比值,分析了功能单体加入方式对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:由此乳液配制成的水性上光油具有较高的光泽和较好的耐水、耐磨性能。乳胶粒的核壳结构由DSC及GPC表征得到初步证实。The styrene-acrylate emulsion with the structure of hard-core and soft-shell was synthesized by pre-emulsification and seed emulsion polymeriation technology. Functional monomers were selected for designing of emilsion particle. The maximum ratio of phase that keep the particle size small and the influence of charging method of functional monomers on the properties of emulsion are discussed. The result showes: The clear finish based on this emulsion has higher gloss, abrasion resistant and water resistant. The structures of the polymer were characterized by DSC and GPC.
