摘  要:针对其他测频器件的缺陷,提出了基于Bragg衍射的声光频谱分析法,介绍了它的主要工作原理,研制出了信号处理软硬件设备,通过试验和仿真,实现了对电磁频谱进行实时并行检测分析。采用声光频谱分析制成的声光Bragg接收机能够在复杂的电磁环境中同时快速检测出多束射频电磁波。该机瞬时带宽可达1 GHz,对单个脉冲的截获率约为100%,灵敏度可达-80 dBm,测频分辨率可达1 MHz。在电子战中有很高的应用价值。In regard to the demerits of other frequency measuring facilities, this paper gives the designing draft of acousto-optic spectrum analysis based on Bragg diffraction. The main physical principle of acousto-optic analyzer is introduced and the software and hardware equipments for signal processing have been developed. Through experiments and simulation, such new equipment has attained the goal of real-time frequency measuring and analysis on electromagnetic spectrum. The acousto-optic Bragg receiver made of acousto-optic spectrum analysis can detect the frequency of multi-bundles of electromagnetic waves rapidly and simultaneously in the complex electromagnetic conditions. It has an instantaneous bandwidth can of 1GHz, interception rate of roughly 100% to a single pulse, the sensitivity of -80 dBm, and the frequency measuring resolution of 1 MHz. It is of high value in the practice of electronic warfare.
