鱼腥草注射液治疗老年人肺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察鱼腥草注射液对老年人肺炎患者的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法65例老年人肺炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组35例,对照组30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在同对照组治疗基础上加用鱼腥草注射液静滴,观察两组患者症状及体征的改善情况,并检测治疗前后外周血IL-2和TNF-α的变化。结果治疗后总有效率,治疗组为94.3%,对照组为83.3%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在增加外周血IL-2及降低TNF-α水平方面均明显优于对照组。结论鱼腥草注射液治疗老年人肺炎具有显著疗效,尤其在镇咳、平喘、退热以及促进排痰、肺部啰音和炎症消失等方面具有明显优势崾居阈炔葑⑸湟旱牧菩Э赡苡朐黾?IL-2及降低TNF-α水平,调节机体免疫功能有关。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Herba Houttuyniac Injection in treating senile pneumonia and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional western therapy （CWT）, while the treatment group was treated with CWT plus Hcrba Houttuyniac Injection. The changes of scrurn cytokincs, IL-2 and TNF-α, before and after treatment were observed. Results the total effective rate of treatment group is 94.3%, while that of the control group is 83.3%. The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. After treated, in raising peripheral blood IL-2 level and declining TNF-α level, the treated group is obviously superior to the control group. Conclusions Hcrba Houttuyniac Injection showed obvious effect in treating senile pneumonia, particularly in abating cough, fervor, breathlessncss, clearing the chest and dispelling inflammation of the lung. The mechanism might be related with the lowering of inflammatory cytokincs such as over-secreted TNF-α, as well as the improvcrncnt of imrnunc function （elevation of IL-2） of organism.
