摘  要:在不同含盐量条件下,利用MDAT-IAT生物处理工艺,对废水的处理效果、活性污泥质量、污泥沉降性能和微生物相等方面进行了考察。结果表明,总水力停留时间为13.5h,污泥龄为20.0d,污泥回流比为200%的条件下,进水ρ(CODCr),ρ(BOD5),ρ(NH4^+-N)和ρ(PO4^3--P)分别为690.3~821.8,470.0~600.0,58.4~71.9和2.4~4.1mg/L,进水ρ(NaCl)为30~80g/L时出水ρ(CODCr),ρ(BOD5),ρ(NH4^+-N),ρ(PO4^3--P)和ρ(SS)分别为73.4~165.0,30.0~100.0,4.8~19.1,0.41~0.99,和48.5~123.6mg/L.每次改变ρ(NaCl)时,污泥量都是先减少,后逐渐增多,同时系统中污泥SVI逐渐增大,污泥的沉降性能逐渐变差。Hypersaline organic wastewater was treated with MDAT-IAT process, a novel biological process. The effect of treatment, active sludge quality, sludge settling performance and microorganism were researched. Experimental results demonstrated: under the conditions of hydraulic retention time 13.5 h, sludge retention time 20.0 d and sludge cycle rate 200%, influent NaCl mass concentration is 30~80 g/L, influent CODCr, BOD5, NH4^+-N and PO4^3--P are 690.3~821.8, 470.0~600.0, 58.4~71.9 and 2.4~4.1 mg/L respectively. Effluent CODCr, BOD5, NH4^+-N, PO4^3--P and SS are 73.4~165.0, 30.0~100.0, 4.8~19.1, 0.41~0.99 and 48.5~123.6 mg/L, respectively. When the mass concentration of NaCl is changed, the sludge amount reduces first, and then increases gradually. At the same time SVI of sludge increases gradually, and the sedimental property of sludge becomes worse gradually.
