摘　　要：结构的安全性能是结构设计最主要的目标。为保证结构的可靠性,应研究结构设计质量对结构安全性能的影响以及结构设计对结构安全性能的贡献。设计人员应遵循设计规范的指导,但更应根据工程实际来确定恰当的安全水准,精心设计,尽量减低人为差错的影响,满足业主和使用者的要求。One of the major aims of structural design is the safety of structure. In order to ensure the reliability of structure, the influence of the structural design quality on the safety of structure and the contribution of the structural design on the safety of structure should be researched. For designer, how to decide the proper safety level？ The designer must follow the design codes and pay more attention to the practice, and must be meticulous in design and reduce the effect of human error on safety requirements whenever it＇s possible so as to meet the owner and user＇s interests.
