摘  要:目的:为复方毛冬青注射液建立专属性含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法对甲基正壬酮进行含量测定。色谱柱:HP-1(Aglient 19091z-413,30m×320μm×0.25μm);氮气为9.23psi,流量1.8mL/min;空气400mL/min;氢气40mL/min;柱温80℃(2min)至220℃,升温速率为15℃/min;再升至270℃(13.75min),升温速率为40℃/min;汽化室240℃;检测室280℃;进样量1μL;检测器为FID。结果:线性范围为1.0—20.0μg/mL,平均回收率为99.05%,RSD=1.29%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简单、可靠、具有实用性。Objective:To establish a quality control method for compound Maodongqing injection. Methods:The 2-undecanone was determined by GC. Chromatographic conditions were Air: 400 mL/min; Hydrogen: 40 mL/min; HP-1 (Agilent, USA, 30 minx0.25 mm I.D, 0.25 μm film thickness) ; Column temperature: 80 ℃ for 2 min, increased at 15 ℃/min to 220 ℃, then 40 ℃/min to 270 ℃ final temperature; Injector temperature: 240 ℃ ; FID temperature: 280 ℃ ; Injector volume: 1 μL; Nitrogen was used as carrier gas, the flow of column was 1.8 mL/min. Results:The method was linear within the range from 1.0~20.0 μg/mL, the average recovery was 99.05%, and the RSD was 1.29%. Conclusions:This method is rapid, simple and accurate.
