川楝子油对雄性大鼠的抗生育作用

摘　　要：目的：研究川楝子油对雄性大鼠的抗生育作用。方法：实验组ＳＤ大鼠２０只，川楝子油两侧附睾尾部注射，１００μｌ／侧。１０天后，将上述大鼠分别与有生育力的雌鼠进行交配研究、ＦＣＭ检查、组织学研究、睾丸酮测定。结果：用药组及对照组大鼠生育率分别为１３．３％和９０％。用药组５周时组织学检查附睾及输精管，均无梗阻改变；睾丸形态正常；附睾出现了轻度炎症。６周时睾丸曲细精管口径缩小。ＦＣＭ表明川楝子油可抑制睾丸生精细胞的生成，刺激非生精细胞使其合成代谢增加。结论：附睾注射川楝子油可影响睾丸生精功能，激活睾丸间质细胞使其功能增强，产生局部免疫性不育，而不影响雄性大鼠的睾丸酮分泌及性功能。To study antifertility effects of toosendan oil on male rats.METODS:10μl of toosendan oil was injected ynto cauda of the epididymis in 20 rats in each side .Control animals received the same dose of tea oil .Animals were put on continuous mating with females 10 d after the reatment.RESULTS:The fertility rate of experimental and control groups is 13.3% and 90%,respecively.At week 5 atfer teratment, no hitological changes were noted in epididymis and spermatic duct.The testis was morphologically normal ,but mild inflammatory changes were found in epidiymis.By 6 weeks,a drastic recduction of convoluted tubule diameter was found.The flow cytometric study indicated that toosendan oil selectively inhibited the spermatogeny,activated non-germ cells .conclusions:An intra cauda -of-epididymis administration of toosendan oil resulted in block of spermatogenesis without affecting testosterone production and sexual function.
