光敏栓塞法治疗静脉漏性阳痿的可行性实验研究

摘  要:目的:研究光敏作用能否对较粗大的血管形成血栓。方法:从成年SD大鼠的尾静脉注入虎红(70mg/kg),以自制的光源照射其解剖出的股静脉,30min后切取股静脉,切片、HE染色、光镜观察。结果;光镜下见平均直径0.68(0.54~0.81)mm的股静脉有白色血栓形成,管腔完全被栓塞。结论:研究显示光敏作用完全能栓塞较大的静脉,因而光敏法治疗静脉漏性阳痿有一定的可行性。The goal of this experimental study was to clarify whether the thrombosis of rather large vessels can be resulted from photosensitization. METHODS: After injecting terachlorotetraiodo-fluporescein di sodium (70mg per 1kg)into the caudal veins of adult SD rats. The femoral veins were dissected and irradiated for 30 minutes then excised. Sections were stained with HE for observation with LM. RESULTS:White thrombi were found in these vessels with an average diameter of 0. 68 (0. 54 ̄0. 81 ) mm and their cavities were fully embolized under LM. CONCLUSION: Photosensitization is quite capable of embolizing the rather large veins, therefore,the photosensitive treatment for venae impotence show certain feasibility.
