摘 要:根据制药厂对污水处理的工艺要求,采用PC机和PLC组成网络控制。为提高系统可靠性,用两台工控机作为上位机,PLC作为下位机,控制现场设备运行。上位机与PLC之间采用MPI和工业以太网通信,从站与CPU之间用PROFIBUS总线通信。介绍了一种简便实用的PLC编程方式。本系统解决了制药厂设备分散,难以控制的难题,大大提高了污水处理的自动化水平。According to the technological requirement of pharmaceutical factory sewage disposal, adopting the PC and PLC to make up the network to control. To raise the system availability, using two PCs as upper one and PLC as lower one to control field devices. Communication of MPI and industrial Ethernet is adopted between upper one and PLC, and slave stations and CPU communi- cate through PROFIBUS, Having introduced a kind of convenient and practical PLC programming way. This system solves the problem which the devices at pharmaceutical factory are distributed and difficult to control, and has improved the automatic level of sewage disposal greatly.
