The Excavating Construction Technology of Long Inclined Shaft with Steep Obliquity and Big Diameter of Tongbai Pumped-Storage Power Station

摘  要:桐柏抽水蓄能电站斜井开挖直径10 m,衬砌直径9 m,倾角50,°两条斜井长均为413.12 m。斜井正反导井同时开挖,贯通后一次扩挖成型。反导井开挖采用ALIMAK爬罐。斜井扩挖采用扩挖平台系统和运输小车系统。结合桐柏工程,介绍爬罐的使用、爆破点火方式、台车牵引的安全措施等,并对陡倾角大直径长斜井先进施工技术及施工中的问题进行总结。The Tongbai Station has two shafts each with an excavation diameter of lOm, a lining diameter of 9m, the length of 413.12m and an obliquity of 50°. Its positive and negative pilot shafts were excavated at the same time. After transfixion of pilot shafts, it was enlarged molding once. ALIMAK Raise Climber was used in the excavation of its negative pilot shafts. The enlarging platform and the transport dolly were used in the enlarging shafts. A series of improvement were made in the use of the Raise Climber, the mode of blast firing and the safety precautions of traction of platforms and dollies. Finally, this paper sums up the advanced construction technologies and the existed problems in the construction of the long inclined shaft with steep obliquity and large diameter.
